Gustar is built the other way round from to like: the thing liked is the subject, so the verb agrees with it (me gusta el café, me gustan los libros). These worksheets drill that agreement and the pronouns me, te, le, nos, os, les first, then widen it to encantar and preferir so students can talk about likes, preferences and interests with some range.
